One of the most bad ass reasons we are who we are molded too be is; that, we are the Presidents own advanced elite fighting force that can be activated & deployed anywhere in the World within 6 hours by Executive Order without Congressional approval. Foreign & most importantly Domestic. That's your Oath so be it & carry on that proud family tradition. There is no quit or giving up that Esprit De Corps no matter how long it's been since you earned the Title of United States Marine.
Marines, the closest too Heaven you may ever be is Sunday Service in Recruit Training earning that Title of sacrificing your mind & body for the greater good of Mankind from all over the Planet Earth & beyond. Preserve your fraternal heritage with speed, agility & mental strength. Think before you act & worry about nothing else than protecting your Brothers in Arms or Sisters in Arms. Your Duty & Mission is in your Mission Orders after your call has been confirmed. Not after the fact.
Don't bring your worries home. You will always have elders that have hearkened you & that are looking out for Democracies best interest no matter what happens in a time of survival & victory for the perseverance of our ethics, values, morals, standards & principles. Going beyond the call of duty often leads too death & dismemberment; therefore, everything you do from here on out is too continue too push the limits of brotherhood & professionalism in everything you try too accomplish.
Sometimes; even in Training, accidents & the loss of Marines & Recruits happen. For newcomers wanting too earn the Title, it could be the most important & toughest thing you have ever endured. Believe me, you are broken down mentally & physically before your metamorphosis into the baddest new you that you've ever been in your life. That will never change. It's okay too ask questions & be vocal about what you need. Your Superiors need too know you; however, always use your Chain of Command.
Carry on & Semper Fidelis,
