Good Day Ladies & Gentlemen,
Young Adults, life is too short not to do what makes you happy. The more you love yourself, the more unique you become. Be confident & wise. Common sense is a powerful everyday wisdom most everyone can understand. We call that speaking in layman's terms. Carry yourself like a successful winner & you will most likely be treated accordingly. Self Confidence should be taught at an early age to be attained through a child's extracurricular activities in Liberal Arts &/or Athletics.
All of life is a lesson, a question too be asked to an elder. You cannot count on School too teach you life. You have to want too learn. In other words; Education starts in the Family Unit. Often in Church, Day Care & most crucial early Childhood Development. Ask & learn. It's cool too be smart. The chicks dig it. I was very active in my youth with Jobs, Girlfriends, Friends, a Rock Band & School. My Grades suffered but I attained my Wisdom with all of it & retain it too this day.
Young scholars, it's a Jungle out there. Be professional & treat your School Work as a Job like a professional. When you work hard, you get too play hard. Be curious & eager. Admiration of someone is respect such as your Teachers &/or Professors. Loyalty is non negotiable for mutual respect. You've got Friends & Family just waiting for you in Life. Young Adults; never allow yourself to languish publicly because of cynicism & negative criticism. If you do, they'll dictate your Life.
Focus on the positive. Empathy can be good therapy among constituents. Be a foundation to build a stronger alliance & know your worth. You cannot please everyone. Please yourself & have the knowledge too be persuader in opinion of facts & your own theory. Have a synopsis for everything you partake in, whether a personal or professional Journal. Life isn't what you once thought. It's too be lived while you patch up your discrepancies, so take control & conquer your own idiosyncrasies.
A Young Mans courage, tact, integrity & bearings are key attributes leading into Manhood. Know yourself before you influence others & don't get your mates into too much trouble. It's imperative you look out for each other. Professional assemblies are essential for lasting & enduring friendships. In a business sense; we generate ideas, create leads & motivate one another on our way too propriety & happiness. Self discipline is key too sustaining your private & professional lives.
If you want to make a lasting first impression, go somewhere that makes impressions & quit socializing with vagabonds & criminals. A Motto of mine; "Live, Love, Laugh, Look, Listen, Learn, Lead, Follow or get the Hell out of my Way." Our best work is the work that makes us happy not necessarily the most difficult or highest wages. A formal Education is for future Financial Security. Intelligence, Imagination & Creativity usually creates the employment as an Entrepreneur.
And with this last thought; age doesn't always portray nor define maturity. Experience & responsibility does. When you are accountable for your actions, make them count & make sure everyone benefits in your inner circle You don't realize that trusting others can be disastrous until you're belittled & betrayed behind your back. Just don't be struck from the front. Pick & choose your people wisely & always be prepared for loss & structural changes. Be malleable but cautious.
You're a phenomenal assembly; thank you,
Troy David 'Maestro' Beadles
