Colleagues & Associates,
Leadership is a quintessential perseverance of circumstantial toleration's & future withholding, whatever or wherever your place of employment. It's all about economics & that is the bottom line. What else makes the world go round? Take care of your recurring residuals first. Don't quit your Day job is what I'm reiterating. When you have a framework & a dream, you think about income too give a viable foundation too build upon. Once you brainstorm & outline that feasible project or small business, you concentrate on what the future customers would benefit from your establishment. Without their interest & happiness of your product, you have no expansion or residuals too branch out any further than your own personal & conceptional project(s). Without them, how will you be thrust into full operations? You must think on a very broad scale & plan out each course diligently.
Leadership equity is investing in your own future for your own dividends & payout if you get lucky enough too even have a payout too yourself or an employee. Most importantly, even minimal success no matter how large or small the operation is, your Company's legacy & sustaining value depends on your social awareness of those interested & seek reward of the investment. Leadership is equivalently paralleled by successors of apprentices that read, value & carry on a tradition of a Code of Ethics & Heritage. I suggest a Mission Statement. That's priority when you have your framework developed. That like a pitch of a salesman. You must explain yourselves openly & honestly if you want a good reputation. That could mean word of mouth &/or your sales analytic's. Again, the bottom line.
Futility & resilience are key character traits of prospective leaders in America's future & most importantly within the limits of Law. Too be prepared for failure should be at the top of your Outline. The bottom line is a successful foundation for future growth & expansion as I have stated. We must examine & evaluate ourselves before acting on others transgressions so if you have a disgruntled customer, it's best not too argue & offer too refund the investment with an apology. If he asks for an excuse, don't make one. Tell him/her why you think it didn't work for them & try too keep his business with a contingency offer. You just cannot lose your tact & your good name. One bad mouth can cause discourse, temporary or permanent damage. The money is important, that establishment history you have just declared & explained too that customer, is imperative for a future stake.
Except your own mistakes. Don't gloat others for your lack of understanding. Question yourself in your planning processing. Again; Outline, Brainstorm, have recurring residuals (The Foundation of Income), Charted Course, Mission Statement, Conceptual Value & Contingencies. Both financial & professional. You have too take a Man for his word. If you can't take a Mans word, yours is useless. That goes for the business owner that is inherently responsible for the product & the displeased &/or happy customer. That word of mouth can get ya in today's 21st Century startups (Business).
Just meander about; study new things, avoid the peer pressure as the kids succumb too these days. Study what will benefit & bring financial securities in your pursuit of sustainable & logical state of self-embodiment &/or self-employment. Life is a never ending lesson. As I have said before, study what you are too become. Formal Education is important, evolving is crucial. What we seek, we become. What we believe, we are. Don't accept failure; fallback, regroup & take another approach. Learn from the discourse. Learn from others failures & you'll be on your way too reaching a lifestyle you'll look back upon as good ol' fashioned American Values & ingenuity. Be proud of your Founders Legacy as an apprentice & become the successor. Hopefully, you'll have descendants too sustain that Legacy long after you're gone. That would be a Family Tradition with a little help from some friends. ;)
