A few tips for everyone,
Your personal life shouldn't be perceived in the workplace as professional by your Employers, first of all. You took a job too labor, pay taxes & support yourself or loved ones. Employment isn't a place too gossip & bring your personal issues into the office. Office Politics as they call it will either get you fired or passed over for promotion until the time is right too let you go. A boss doesn't care about your private lives unless they want too know about it or you request too inform him/her of an issue that needs tending. Acting unprofessional in the workplace is noted & overseen by Team Leaders, Management, etc. Be thankful you even have a job.
If Women want equality in the Workplace, they shouldn't bring the drama of private lives into their labors, period. It just so happens I know this effect personally with my own Mother. She got caught up in Office Politics with a co-worker that were also close friends in their private lives. She was let go do too controversy. It happens everyday. I'm warning you of the truth & it can happen too anyone; honestly, Men, Women & Young Adults. My advice, be a Professional. It's okay too enjoy a lunch or cigar, what have ya; however, that's your prerogative on your free time. Be cautious & ambiguous. In other Words, separate the two.
