For your indoctrination too leadership,
Leadership derives from experience & your accomplishments should be within the narrow limits of law & justice. Bend but don't break. Hustle & toil for it with brawn & brains, you gutless scumbags. Leadership isn't just about your bottom line, it's teaching teamwork so everyone's bottom line is in order & you're on your way too a successful mission. You're as fast as the slowest Man. Lead by example. In business after your foundation is laid, your customers & clients come 1st. Without them you have nothing but a slowly debilitating bank account. If you lose that, your creditors will frolic in a bankruptcy & you'll lose everything. They'll be paid but you'll suffer the consequences.
Men; in the 21st Century, opportunities just don't come knocking. You have too make your own. Quit blaming others for your inept abilities & team up with a veteran leader of business of tried & true success. A successful vocation; often in this Entrepreneurial Society, is all about personal accomplishments & meandering value too others, not just yourself alone. Building relationships in Social Media is key too that success. Build your fandom with valuable content. Hustle & struggle, or you're going nowhere.
Educating yourself is an attribute you can master on your own time & money. If you're not learning, question yourself. You're wasting your own life. Success & value aren't necessarily the same; however, in a position to prosper, both would be a win win for those relying on you whether that is your Families, Employees, Co-Workers, Clients or Customers. Trust is a major issue for everyone. It's imperative! You have too chance its risk with a wing & prayer if you're going solo. A Team player is one that rely's on every Man. If you think on a large scale, teamwork is the way too go. Solo entrepreneurs count his dictations; however, a team or better yet an Organization has more avenues of approach, more capital & share the success or blame of failure. Decide. You could even do both in Capitalism.
Given an opportunity too work hard is part of everyday life to those in the workforce enabling themselves too be economical contributors. A job is a job; whether that be White Collar or Blue Collar. Your Pursuit of Happiness is self attained unless you won the lottery. Your honest toil is your Legacy. As I've noted in prior publications; you need those apprentices too be taught how too avoid a failure & give them lessons of the hard way by professing your own mistakes so that they don't make the same ones. That's common sense. Common sense is an everyday wisdom & key too communication skills. Know what makes everyone tick and again, that's common sense. How do you translate a foreclosure in Layman's terms? Trust in teamwork, money, framework, dream, clients & customers. That's how you avoid losing it all, down too the last office chair.
Even the greatest of Military minds can concur; if you don't respect a formidable foe, you don't know that foe & sure as hell will get you beat. That goes for adversaries, opponents & your competition. Your mind is a powerful tool. It's okay too be smart & wise, Men. Despite being called a Geek, Nerd or Dork; today, Women understand us. It would behoove every young Woman too take interest in a brainy Man. Find one Ladies with brawn, brains & guts. Don't spend your time on others that don't make time worth spent. Cake means muscle for position or rank in any given establishment or organization, home & that includes the single Mans Club. ;)
What we do as in Social Media; is like sitting around reading a Newspaper listening too the World & watching Television News except we get our information in real time as it happens. Its sources are educational, a marketplace, a stage or platform too preach, teach or profess. It's a wild world & your imagination can inspire others too dream of becoming a success in ways never thought too be attained prior too your pioneering excursion. You can study anything that pops into your cerebral & cranium for your on exploratory expedition. That's all up too you & your team if you are experienced enough or lucky enough too join one. Most importantly a successful long-term venture. Then & only then are you Capitalizing on that bottom line.
I leave you with this & that is my solemn advice; 'Leadership'.
"Even the Greatest of Leaders have followed a Good Leader that made them Greater by teachings of his own failures. Be that Man & be the Best at whatever it is that you do." ~TDB
Thank you for your time, everyone. I hope I am continuing too inspire you & for you salty dogs a little reminiscence of your own journey. It's an honor too have you along this winding old road. Please feel free too share my sentiments with your Family, Friends, Colleagues, Associates, Students &/or Peers. As we hearken one another, I humbly thank you for the lessons you have given me as well on my personal & public quest. Remember, a team is as fast as the slowest member.
